Customer Service Representative Graeme is part of our customer services team in bbi‘s Hastings office. Graeme specializes in pricing and quotations, and can be relied on to answer your queries promptly.

Sales Representative Ross covers our customers based in the Auckland and Northland regions, with a particular focus on timber sales. Ross has extensive experience in the timber industry and is a wealth of knowledge.

Sales Representative Felice looks after our sales in the South Island. Flea, as most people know him, has been in the industry all is working life. He has worked in both the retail and wholesale sectors of the industry so has a great understanding of the market.

Operations Manager David (Sarge) looks after our daily Operations. David has a background in Operations and Dispatch working with large logistics companies and manufacturers.

Sales and Marketing Manager Martin looks after our Sales and Marketing department as well as our Central and Lower North Island customers. Martin has a background in sales, marketing, and branch management.

Partner Rowe looks after the purchasing of our product range, business marketing and oversees our sales team. Rowe has worked in the building supplies industry all his life, with a wealth of knowledge in the timber industry.

Managing Director Brendan is bbi‘s founder and has been in the building supplies industry for most of his working life. Brendan is always looking out for exciting new products to bring choice to customers and enjoys the design side of things.
